Earning Gold Chips

All players earn Frequent Player Points (FPPs) when playing in our real money ring or tournament games. FPP's accumulate to become Gold Chips, which are redeemable for free tournament play and the Cake Shop.

Turning FPP's to Gold

The question you are likely asking is, how do my FPP's become Gold? The exchange process of FPP's to Gold Chips is automatic. FPP's accumulated turn in to Gold Chips at a descending rate. Each calendar month, after earning your first Gold Chip, you'll need fewer FPP's to earn your next, and so on. Earning FPP's is based on the Gold Chip index below. Please note the earn rate below is reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

The more you play, the quicker you earn.

First Gold Chip: 120 FPP
Second Gold Chip: 115 FPP
Third Gold Chip: 110 FPP
Fourth Gold Chip: 90 FPP
Fifth Gold Chip: 70 FPP
Sixth Gold Chip: FREE *
Seventh Gold Chip+ 70 FPP

Frequent Player Points

When you are dealt cards in a real money ring game, you'll earn 1 FPP for every dollar raked. We believe a penny played should be a penny earned, so we're accurate down to the penny when it comes to FPP's. For example, if your table was raked $1.25, you will receive 1.25 FPP.

In tournament play, you'll earn 7 FPP's per dollar in tournament fees paid. The tournament fee paid is indicated by the "(+ $)" when registering for a tournament. For example, if you joined our $100,000 Guarantee event for $300 (+$20), you would earn 140 FPP's.

Earning Frequent Player Points

Ring Games: $1 Rake = 1 FPP
Tournaments: $1 Fee = 7 FPP
